Since 2017, Vanessa has worked as a Certified Peer Support Specialist in various locations, bringing warmth, calmness, and honesty to every interaction. Her approach is rooted in genuine care, truthfulness, support and creating a safe approachable space for clients as they navigate their personal journeys. Vanessa believes in meeting people where they are, fostering trust, and guiding them toward positive outcomes.

Alongside her role as a Peer Support Specialist, she is also a Certified Professional Guardian and Conservator through the Superior Court, With the dedication in providing individuals with the protection, advocacy, and financial oversight they may need. 

On top of that, Vanessa is a Certified Professional Collector (CPC) specializing in alcohol and substance use testing. She actively engages with the community, working with individuals, families, and organizations to create meaningful impact and foster stability.
