Dr. Tamikia Green
Dr. Tamikia Greene, LCMH-S, LCAS brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the mental health field, having served in private mental health agencies, Youth and Family Services, and nursing facilities. From 2013 to 2020, she successfully owned and managed her mental health organization, providing community-based services to more than 300 families across Mecklenburg County.
In addition, Dr. Greene operates a private practice where she offers comprehensive support to both youth and adults navigating mental health challenges and substance abuse concerns.
Dr. Greene obtained her bachelor's degree in social work from Johnson C. Smith University. She then pursued a master's degree in counseling at Webster University and ultimately earned a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University.
Dr. Greene has committed her career to her passion for providing person-centered care and empowering individuals and families to lead healthier lives by ensuring access to exceptional mental health services. Her mission is to develop innovative strategies that seamlessly integrate physical health with mental health and wellness, fostering a stigma-free environment for all individuals, regardless of their diagnosis.
