Intensive In-Home Services
Intensive In-Home services is a team approach designed to address the identified needs of adults and adolescents who (due to serious and chronic symptoms of emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders) are unable to remain stable in the community without intensive intervention.
This service may only be provided to individuals up to twenty years of age.

Purpose for Intensive In-Home
Address the recipient's mental health and/or substance-related diagnostic and clinical needs as evidenced by the presence of diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disturbances, as defined by the DSM-IV-TR and its successors. These needs must be documented through symptoms and effects outlined in the comprehensive clinical assessment and the Person-Centered Plan.
This team service provides a variety of interventions available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service is delivered collaboratively by IIH staff, who maintain contact and intervene as a unified organizational team. While services are provided through a team-based approach, individual interventions may be carried out by one or more team members, as clinically indicated.

OUR TEAM APPROACH
Our team-based approach to interventions involves structured, face-to-face, and scheduled therapeutic sessions designed to provide comprehensive support and guidance across multiple functional domains, including emotional, medical, and health-related aspects. This service is delivered on an individual basis rather than in a group setting.
